Whats up everyone!!! With the holidays coming up, I think we need to all dig down a little and help out. I know times are tough for everyone right now but there are people out there who truly need help.

Starting today we will begin the virtual food drive. What this means is: members of CamozziMMA who want to win some prizes will have to donate food, clothing, time or whatever you can to charity. This contest will be on the honor system so I am trusting all of you to do the right thing. In order to win please post pictures/videos of you donating, write the story of where, when and what you donated and why or prove to me somehow that you donated to charity.

The contest begins today. When I see that you have donated, I will write your name down and enter it in a hat. On November 23rd I will pick the winners out of the hat. Every little bit helps so you can donate anywhere from a can of food to whole turkeys. The real point of this is to help people in need and have fun doing it.

The Prizes: I have a UFC 137 poster signed by me, My Head Rush walkout shirt (actual shirt I wore) signed, and my official UFC gloves I wore during my 137 fight signed!

This are things I normally keep for memorabilia but times are tough and its for a great cause so lets have some fun!

EDIT: THANK YOU TO SHANE CARWIN WHO HAS JUST ADDED SOME AUTOGRAPHED 8X10'S TO THE PRIZES. HE IS DONATING 100 OF THEM TO THOSE OF YOU THAT DONATE!!!!

Hey dude, thought I'd give an update on the charity night, we raised over £2k through auctions, donations and raffles, so much more than was expected and all got a good cause, we have decided to make it a yearly event all in aid of Huntingtons disease

Took me longer than I thought to get back on here,

here are the pictures of my recipt and the stuff in the car, etc..

Took a lot of clothes, blankets, books, even 2 dvd players and a coffee pot.

I might have missed the drawing of the winner, but no worries.

I'm really looking forward to running this 5k for Alzheimer's Research & local animal shelters.

It was great to hear Benji Madden announce you were the first fighter to be sponsored by DCMA. Love the concept for the contest.

I have to post one for a young kid named Hunter. He recently spent his allowance on toys for less fortunate kids. He brought me pictures into the gym because he couldnt make a profile on the site since he is only 7!!!

Thats great to be so young with such a big heart. Thank you Hunter and your name has been added to the drawing.

Since 2006 me and my family have been going to our church every third Saturday of the month to help make lunches for the homeless. 500 bagged lunches made and delivered to soup kitchens in Frederick and Baltimore, Maryland. Even though this week we are unable to go due to family matters, we were sure to still donate lunch meat and snacks for tomorrows lunches. Here's an article telling more about the program from last year: http://ww2.gazette.net/stories/04222010/mounnew170201_32548.php (we are the family where it says "Some people stick to the same tasks, one family has been involved in the stapling and bagging of lunches for three or four years, often coming before baseball practices and games.")
